Camp is for students currently in grades 5-12.
- The camp runs Saturday–Wednesday, June 20–24.
- Cost is $400 per middle school student and $430 per high school student.
- $125 deposit option is due at the time of registration and is available through Sunday, March 15.
- Full payment is required for those registering after Sunday, March 15.
- Balance payments are due no later than Sunday, April 12.
- Registrations are non-refundable, but are transferable to another student on a wait list for camp, less a $10 processing fee.

What is the cost to attend?
The cost is $400 per middle school student and $430 per high school student. This cost is non-refundable, but is transferable. A deposit of $125 is due at the time of registration if registered on or before March 15. Otherwise, if registered after March 15, the full cost of $400/$430 must be paid.
Volunteers attend for free.
What does the cost include?
The cost includes transportation, lodging, meals, activities, and a T-shirt.
Once I pay the deposit, when is the final payment due?
Final payments are due by midnight, Sunday, April 12.
Can I make partial payments?
Yes! Once your student is registered, you'll receive a Confirmation email. Additionally, you'll receive a Final Payment Due email with a link to make partial payments until March 15. The final balance payment must be paid by Sunday, April 12. If you choose to make partial payments, please SAVE your Final Payment Due email so you can reuse the link to make payments. Registration costs must be paid in full by midnight on Sunday, April 12.
What happens if my student can no longer attend after they‘ve been registered?
Registration costs are non-refundable, but are transferable to another student on a wait list to attend this event less a $10 processing fee. If you need to cancel your student's registration, please email Brookwood Students Team.
What happens if I don’t pay my students registration in full by midnight on Sunday, April 12?
If your student's registration is not paid in full by midnight on Sunday, April 12, you'll forfeit your student's spot to attend camp. That spot will be offered to another student on the waiting list. You'll receive a refund (minus a $10 processing fee) after a student from the waiting list fills the spot.
What does a day look like at Student Camp 2026?
Students start the day with breakfast and small group time learning about God from the Bible and talking to Him in prayer.Next, we'll kick-off some crazy games and group activities, and by midday, everyone will be hungry for lunch.
After eating, students will have free time to participate in various activities.
Each night, we'll come together for dinner and an evening session. We'll worship, we'll learn and we'll pray. Then, it's off to small group time, followed by lights out and some sleep.
What if I cannot afford the cost of camp for my student?
Brookwood Church has scholarship funds available for parents who would like to request assistance with the cost of sending their students to camp. Parents must complete the Scholarship Request Form and email it to Ryan Hendrick by Sunday, February 22. Ministry staff will review requests and parents will be notified by Sunday, March 1.
Can my student request a specific leader or roommate?
As part of the registration process, you'll be asked who your student would like to room with at camp. Please list a specific leader or student(s). While, we'll do our best to accommodate everyone's requests, they are not guaranteed.
Will medical personnel be around in the case of an emergency?
Brookwood will have Medical Response Team members on-site.

As a volunteer leader, what am I responsible for doing?
Volunteer room leaders care for students by leading small groups, ensuring students' safety, making sure students arrive promptly at activities, chaperoning activities and keeping their assigned students together while having fun.
